ABOUT SHORECREST

What Is Shorecrest?

Shorecrest is a 98-residence luxury condominium under construction at 1865 N. Flagler Drive, developed by Related Ross with design architecture by Roger Ferris + Partners and interiors by Rottet Studio. Published reports describe a 28-story tower on a five-story podium, with Revuelta Architecture International as architect of record. Related Ross broke ground in April 2026.

Each floor holds four two- and three-bedroom residences with private elevator access, open layouts, floor-to-ceiling glass and recessed terraces facing the Intracoastal, Palm Beach Island and the ocean beyond. Published reports list white oak plank floors, Gaggenau appliances, Dornbracht fixtures, white marble and limestone primary baths and custom white oak millwork.

Service is led by a 24-hour concierge and an on-site Lifestyle Director, with doorman, valet parking and resident services from housekeeping to pre-arrival provisioning. Owners also have access to Artisan Home, a design and home care concierge offering pre-closing customization and ongoing home management.

Reading the Shorecrest Floor Plans

  • Four residences per floor. Each typical floor holds Units 1 to 4, so the unit number largely sets the layout, size and exposure you are choosing.
  • One two-bedroom plan. Unit 2 is the only two-bedroom layout, with about 2,015 square feet inside and 192 square feet of exterior space.
  • Terraces vary more than interiors. The three-bedroom plans range from about 2,470 to 2,835 square feet inside, but Unit 4 carries about 497 square feet of exterior space, nearly double Unit 3.
  • Unit 4 has a narrower floor range. It is offered on floors 7 to 27, while Units 1 to 3 run from floor 3 to floor 28.
  • Views depend on the residence. We do not assign views to plans here. Exposure, floor and stack should be reviewed for a specific residence.
  • Compare total cost, not just price. Ask for the estimated association budget, parking and storage details, and any service charges before choosing between plans.

THE LOCATION

Shorecrest’s North Flagler Setting

Shorecrest sits at 1865 N. Flagler Drive on the Intracoastal Waterway, in the North Flagler district just north of Downtown West Palm Beach. Olara is its neighbor a short distance to the north and The Ritz-Carlton Residences is just to the south, and the developer points to the planned transformation of Currie Park nearby.

Daily life here differs from living beside CityPlace. Shorecrest is a waterfront address oriented to the Flagler Drive waterfront path and to Palm Beach across the Intracoastal, while CityPlace, the Kravis Center and the Norton Museum of Art remain a short drive south.

North Flagler Drive is changing quickly, with Olara, The Ritz-Carlton Residences and other new towers under construction nearby. Buyers here often weigh one new development against another, along with established waterfront buildings such as One Watermark.

THE KELLER TEAM’S PERSPECTIVE

The Keller Team’s Perspective on Shorecrest

Shorecrest is the most boutique of the new towers on North Flagler Drive, and the right choice depends on how a buyer weighs privacy, timing and amenities against larger neighboring developments and established resale. These are the questions Justin & Alyse help buyers work through.

  • Start with the unit, then the floor. With four plans and four residences per floor, the unit number sets the layout, terrace and exposure, while the floor sets the outlook and price.
  • Treat views as residence-specific. Orientation, floor and stack matter more than the building’s overall view story. Review each residence against Olara to the north and other North Flagler projects, since no view is permanently protected.
  • Plan around the timeline. Shorecrest broke ground in April 2026, and published reports point to completion in 2027. Estimated dates can move, so review the deposit schedule, completion provisions and closing terms with your attorney before signing.
  • Know what is included. Parking assignments, storage, Artisan Home membership terms and any service charges are not fully published. Ask for these in writing before you commit.
  • Budget beyond the purchase price. A smaller residence count can mean fewer owners sharing building costs, and a new building’s budget is an estimate until the association operates. Compare it with established waterfront buildings where fees and history are known.
  • Compare resale alternatives. Completed buildings such as One Watermark deliver now, with known fees and closed sales, while Shorecrest offers new construction and a boutique residence count. The right answer depends on timing and how you will use the residence.

The Keller Team represents buyers. Shorecrest is marketed by the developer’s sales team at Related Ross. Justin & Alyse can arrange a private appointment at the sales gallery and help you compare options independently of any single project.
