The Ritz-Carlton Residences, West Palm Beach is a 27-story, 138-residence condominium under construction at 1717 N. Flagler Drive and, per published reports, the first Ritz-Carlton-branded residential building in West Palm Beach. Related Group and BH Group broke ground in February 2026, with architecture by Arquitectonica, interiors by Rockwell Group and landscape design by Naturalficial.
Residences range from two to four bedrooms and about 1,532 to 3,331 square feet of interior space, with 10- and 11-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, dedicated elevator access and an entry foyer, custom Italian cabinetry by Rockwell Group, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances and Hansgrohe fixtures. A separate collection of Lake Homes on floors 2 to 8 offers two- and three-bedroom plans.
Ritz-Carlton services include a personal concierge, 24-hour valet and a dedicated residential team, along with Marriott Bonvoy status benefits and à la carte services such as in-residence dining and housekeeping.
